Return Eligibility Requirements
- Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, makeup and damage free.
- Original tags must be attached and intact
- All return items must be received within 30 days of original purchase date
- If you feel you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date at email@example.com for assistance.
- Final Sale items will not be accepted for returns. Final sale items are as followed:
- Hats and Beanies
- Gift cards
- All sale items are final on sale and discounted items - Please note that items will be labeled final sale in their description box.
Items not meeting the above guidelines will be returned to you at your expense, after 30 days all non returnable merchandise will be donated.
How To Make A Return
- Return for an exchange:
- We cannot provide exchanges or holds due to limited inventory. If an exchange is needed we encourage you to place a new order for the item(s) needed and return the other item(s).
- Return for a refund:
- Must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Please contact us within 14 days from your order date to inform us of the return and obtain the return mailing address. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.
- Refunds are refunded back to the original form of payment.
- When mailing a return:
- Please package your item(s) securely. We are not responsible for any returns that may be damaged or lost in transit.
- Please provide either the original invoice or a paper with your name and order number inside the package.
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- All returns will be processed within 7 business days after receipt. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.

We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care beyond 14 days from your order date, have removed the tags, washed it or worn it. We will not except your return.
We do our very best to display accurate colors, measurements, and patterns. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective, as each item may be a bit unique in pattern placement or colors. We encourage you to ask questions especially about sizing on clothes, lengths of necklaces ect. so when you order arrives it is exactly as you wanted.
