Need To Make A Return?

We get it, things don't always work out. We are here to make it right! We offer store credit, which never expires for returns. We DO NOT issue refunds. Please feel free to email us at shoprigelboutique@gmail.com with any questions. Please review our full exchange policy below.

Exchange Eligibility Requirements:

  • Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, makeup and damage free.
  • Original tags must be attached and intact
  • All return items must be received within 14 days of original purchase date
  • If you feel you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date at shoprigelboutique@gmail.com for assistance.
  • Final Sale items will NOT be accepted for returns. Final sale items are as followed:
    • Intimates
    • Jewelry
    • Gift cards
    • All sale items are final on sale and discounted items.

Items not meeting the above guidelines will be returned to you at your expense, after 30 days all non returnable merchandise will be donated. For additional information on returns, or if you have a question that wasn’t answered, please email us at shoprigelboutique@gmail.com

    Shipping Back Your Order:

    • Please ship your return back to: The address that will be provided to you
    • Please provide either the original invoice or a paper with your name and order number in the package
    • Please package your item(s) securely we are not responsible for any returns that may be damaged or lost in transit.
    • All returns will be processed within 7 business days after receipt. You will receive an email confirmation with your store credit once processed.
    • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

    We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care beyond 14 days from your order date, have removed the tags, washed it or worn it. We will not except your return.

    We do our very best to display accurate colors, measurements, and patterns. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective, as each item may be a bit unique in pattern placement or colors. We encourage you to ask questions especially about sizing on clothes, lengths of necklaces ect. so when you order arrives it is exactly as you wanted.
